Well, my challenge this week will be my dreaded birthday...Not the actual birthday is dreaded, but I have LOTS of social functions...Normally, I would try to eat right...For some reason, this week, I dont really want too!!! HONEST!! Its my birthday, and I want to indulge, A BIT...
I am going to try to exercise and go for a maintain this week for sure!!!
Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday will be my tough days food wise...Pray for me team mates!
