i have never used the hot lotion the ones that tingle but i know people that do and have used them.* Yes they do make you turn a bit red, the are meant to make you warm and red and tingle,* it can last several hours my tanning place suggest showering asap after using those lotions.* some people like the way they work while others cant tolerate the way they feel. i have heard both good and bad
