You can do Plie squats. Bring you legs shoulder with apart. Hold a weight in the middle. If you do not have a weight you can hold on to a milk jug. Now bend at the knees.Keep your upper body straight. You can also do side lunges. Take a step sideways with the right leg. Keep your left leg straight. Bend at the knees with your right leg. Do this several times then switch to the left side and repeat. You cannot spot reduce. Your inner thighs will go down as your weight goes down but these should help to firm them. Do you have access to weights or a gym. If so let me know and I can also give you other ideas. Hope this helps.
