Hey everyone just wanted to say hi to you all and let you know that I am going to be on the road all day today so my post for today\'s excercise, food intake, and etc. will be either really late tonight on first thing tomorrow. I have some cleaning to do when I get home and have to go check on my puppy. So I will holler at yall tomorrow. Everyone have a good day. Today is the start of our new lives. We can win this fight.
