I have also been trying the south beach diet. I have been cooking with beans lots. and making wraps with lettuce leaves. as I have missed my sandwiches. I have signed up for email news letters and one is from South Beach Diet. of course they want you to join but I haven't as it costs $$ but I do enjoy the daily tips from the free news letters. I have tried South Beach a few times and did feel better with more energy due to the low sugar. I have also been tracking all my food - scary at times. i use
