I did the Slim Fast Diet durring the 1990\'s I lost 20 pounds, but then got a boyfriend who took me out to eat big restauraunt meals and gained the 20 pounds back. Went back on the Slim Fast Diet when I broke up with the boyfriend and lost the 20 pounds again, but then I got anouther boyfriend to take me out so I gained it back. This time when I wanted to lose weight I wanted a diet that taught me to eat right, so I won\'t do so much of the loose and gain it back thing.
