I can't believe it's November already

My goals this month:
1) Hit my mini goal. I've got 5 more pounds to go and I'll have lost 50lbs since last October.
2) Wear my new jeans on Thanksgiving and not have to unbutton them after dinner

. Oh man, I think about Thanksgiving dinner all year.
3) Workout 6 days a week - 3 High Intensity Workouts a week + strength training
