10/24/09 Day 06 Report
Ok so the weight has been coming off yet I feel really drained. I learned that its really bad to go below 1200 calories a day. Oops I was trying to stay at 1000. My newest goal is to start taking a Multi-Vitamin everyday and keep my calorie intake right at 1200. Thanks ladies for enlightening me

I didnt make 1200 calories today but am closer than 900 was last week. Today resulted in a .6 of a pound loss. Weighed in at 169.2. not bad.
