Re: low carb dieters
My Husband & I both are doing low-carb. We aren't following any specific plan, we have in the past (Protein-power, carbohydrate addicts, etc...) We basically keep the carbs under 35-40, and eating a LOT of vegetables. (low-starch, of course) My husband has lost 30 lbs in about 6 -8 wks, and I have lost about 10 in 3-4 wks. We have both STOPPED drinking diet sodas completely, and we quit using sucralose products...and it has helped a LOT. I feel better, stopped having severe headaches, and the weight is finally moving the right way! (I still have my hazelnut coffee though;o) I just use stevia in it now)
