Today I weighed in.. and I should be ashamed..I'm actually heavier that I was when I started 10 days ago. Time to totally kick it up some notches.. I posted my goals for the week in my blog but I'm really thinking I need to take this day by day not week by week. TODAY my goals are to get in the 80 ounces of water. We have a football game to go to tonight so I won't get a whole lot of exercise in. But today I need to at least drink my water and stock the house with good things to eat.
