My Action Plan for the week
1) Drink all of my water
2) exercise daily 30 mins in the am and 30 mins in the pm sometimes more
3) try to complete all the challenges I can until Thursday because I\'ll be gone Friday, Saturday, Sunday
4) While I\'m away be conscious of what I\'m eating or drinking
5) To have a good week and support my team
6) to motivate someone else like my friend motivated me
7) to try a different activity whether it\'s a bit of jogging or something different, just to turn it up a notch.
8) Keep in touch with all my buddies
