Default RE: 3 different numbers on 3 scales

It can be a shock to use a different scale. If you can afford it, I would get a new digital scale from Target...etc about $40. The new scale should be calibrated pretty well. Then - Always weigh yourself right after you get up in the morning - Always keep the scale in the same place - Good scales (the new ones) can be re-calibrated when need be too. - Week-Week is more accurate than day-day If you're really curious, you can get weighed at your Doctor's office (or anyplace where there is a 'certified' scale). That will be how much you really weigh. You can then compare that your scale at home.
