i love the burn it up. i actually did it twice yesterday for some crazy reason. i just love how much you can burn and sweat with that video and i did it twice today. ... the big shocker for me was when i was actually calculating my foods and realized just where all these calories come from but with videos like these, they will definately help you on your way. i suggest going out to the supermarket and reading backs of labels of foods you've never had before. some of my favourite healthiest foods i have found diong it this way and if you like it, great, casue you already know that it's good for you
