I've re-started today with L1 (lost a bit of tone over the 2 weeks vacations, heh), will go to L2 next week. I will see if I can do the No More Troubled Zones tomorrow, if I have a bit more time in the morning.

I love the SHred because it's such a great way to kick the day off, 30 min, and you feel like the blood is pumping and the muscules are all charged up.
