I'd love to give this another shot.

I am starting at 184.

I have a pretty intense exercise plan laid out for myself including walking, jogging, swimming, rollerskating, agility exercises, rollerskating, and weight training. Hope that will do the trick to lose the fat!

Gotta work MUCH harder on nutrition this month.
Nutrition goals:
No white bread products.
Cut down on the ice cream and cheese.
Try to follow Abs Diet.
More protein!
More fruits and veggies.
Keep up the water.
No soda!
Lower the sodium.
