I can't find the exact one I printed, but these are similar. I just use 15 minutes on the stepper, 15 mins playing soccer, or 30 mins doing aerobics as one mile.
I lost another pound today! I hope it sticks! I realized that I clocked my neighborhood wrong so my miles are off so I walked extra miles this morning to make up for it. I think I have strep so I am going to the doc today.
