well I usually do 2 tae bo's it is the funnest work out out there for me. I think time flies..
And yep I needed the sleep I am sure. Now i am back if I can find the time it would be even better. But I am doing some things just not as much as I did before..
Stacey how are you feeling? Hope you are getting out of your slump.
here is what I did the last two days
1. 5 mile run in 57 minutes 2 mile walk
2. NOTHING
3. 40 minute Tae bo 30 minute Tae Bo Abs
4. 3 mile run 2 mile walk
