Even though this week wasn't 100% the way I wanted to, I still pulled of to drop 1.4 lbs.

I am still heavier then when I started this challenge - I think. I really need to check it out.

Well, but I am back on track now and ready to kick some bootie (again

Ok, I just went back and checked my weight in the beginning of round 2...185 lbs.....and now I am 185.2, so I am 0.2 heavier. That has to stop. I can not keep going up and down and up and down and at the end I get nowhere. All that energy I put in the days I am on track seems to be for nothing. So in round 3 I have to stay committed the time thru.
