Hang in there hun, you will heal and be able to jump all you want

I hope too that we don't have to wait to long for round 3

Maybe while you have to take it easy with your workouts it would be a good time to concentrate on your eating

Don't worry about the intensity of your exercises, do some walking so you keep moving and other then that put all the effort in to getting into a eating routing until you ready for some jumping

Let's all warm up and practice for round 3
