3 miles is great. You should be very proud. I do not run 5 miles all the time so far it is like 2 three mile runs and one 5 mile run in the week. I am trying to putmore springs and short runs in because i need to shave off time. But I just like to go the distance not the fast stuff HATE springs

Now if I could just run 3 miles more often

But I think that C25K program is working. I did a break for like 2 weeks but was able to jump right back to where I stopped, which I think is a good sign

Hope at the end of the program I am able to run 3 miles like 2-3 times a week. Once I can do that I will work on 5 miles
