So I am going to try this again this week. Since last week was charged to the game, lol.. I lost ounces,lol. but i need to see lbs and i think i will be able to do that this week. (fingers and toes crossed..LOL)
GOALS for this week:
Physical--
-step 2 times
-treadmill 2 times
-strength training 3 times
-abs 4 times
Nutrition--
-More veggies/fruit/salad
-8+ glasses of water
-low carbs/fat/sodium, hight protein
-drop calories from 1550 down to 1300
-drink 3 cups of green tea a day
Self--
-Pray everyday
-spend more time with kids (do something fun)
-focus on online class
