Re: Summer Survivor: Week 2
I am so excited! For the first time in months, I have lost weight instead of just gaining and gaining. I weighed in at 167.5 this morning, a 4.5 pound loss for the week.
I went running this morning and surprised myself by lasting 41 minutes. I feel so out of shape, so I was really planning on maybe 15 minutes or so.
I can't describe how happy I feel to finally be moving in the right direction again. I was really beginning to think I'd never get back in gear.
