My food so far:

Preworkout predawn food:
-2 sunny side up eggs and 1 egg white, 1/3 cup rice
-1 tsp of peanut butter
-1/2 a small apple

Pre-exercise
1 Apex Energy bar 220 cals

Lunch:
1/3 cup white rice w/ home made sour beef soup calories????
2 cups cherries
1 med carrot

Preworkout food:
I'm eating a ton of eggs today! LOL 2 egg whits hard boiled and 1 hb egg w/ 1/3 cup rice and sweet Asian dressing
