My name is Kim (male) and I'm new to this site. I have a long history of weight loss and gain. Back in the 80s I was a triathlete and even did an iron man. As I tell my friends that was 25 years and 50 lbs ago

. I still get lots of exercize by bicycle riding about 150 miles a week. Over the past few years I had some injuries and put on mor weight than normal. I had a total hip last December and at this point I'm feeling the best I have in years. The weight is starting to come off but I often get comfortable in my "fat clothes" and start eating poorly again. Hopefully this site will help to keep me on track. I like to get about 30 pounds off by next spring so that I can ride with the fast guys again.
