I made it last night! WHOO HOOO!! Got up to eat at 5:30am and it kept me full all morning.
You know what I did the other morning? I was hungry; well I wanted to run so I got early to eat. But I ended up not running. Funny thing is the food eaten at 4:30 kept me full throughout the morning. I didn't eat till about 10am. It worked out really good!
