Accountability for today, Thurs 2nd July:
Breakfast: 2 weetabix and milk: 200
Lunch: 2 white pittas, tuna, sweetorn, mustard: 485
Snack: yogurt, grapefruit: 110
Dinner: 2 brown pittas, edam cheese, spinach
homemade soup/stew: pasta, chickpeas, carrot, onion, courgette, mushrooms, asparagus, pepper, tin of tomatoes, veg stock: 905
So total: 1700.
I think I overestimate some of these cals cause I didn't weigh the food or anything but better to overestimate than under.
I am happy with today, had LOTS of veggies which my body really needed after my week off!!
