1.: Nothing (not a good start )
2.: 45 min walk (AM) + 3 miles WATP (PM) + Jillian DVD (PM)
3.: 20 min walk (AM) + C25K (re-start week 7 or go back to week 6 - AM) + 5 miles WATP (PM)
4.: 45 min walk/run (AM) + 3 miles WATP (LUNCH) + Jillian DVD (LUNCH)
5.: 20 min walk (AM) + C25K (week ? ) (AM) + take off the rest of day and just enjoy Sunday
