Wow, 5 mile run .... that is awesome.
I am still working on my first 3 miles

- I started the couch to 5K but I am stuck on week 7 because I kinda took of the last two weeks. But I will get back into it. I love running but can only run 3 miles here and there and would really love to be able to run it anytime I feel like it.
