Pulled muscles are very serious! Rest until you are sure you're ok, and don't be afraid to see a doctor if you need to. It's very important when you're doing these exercises to use proper form to avoid injuries, and don't over do it... don't push yourself to do the number of reps recommended if you feel like you've reached your limit. Hope you feel better!!!
