Wow, I never really thought about it before. hmm...
1- Jump into all pictures instead of hiding
2- Be able to talk to someone I havn't seen in forever to show off, instead of running the other way.
3- Be able to walk up stairs without getting winded
4- Have my husband be able to throw me around for awesome sex
