Hey guys, let me ask you something. I came across this idea while watching Fit TV yesterday. Have you ever tried to do the moves super... i mean super.... slow? OMG, I did my arm routine (same one from a week or two ago) only I did every single move on a 6- or 8-count. You wouldn't BELIEVE how hard those shoulder presses get when you do them like that!! I did only 2 sets of 8, and am feeling it more today that I have in a long while.

That doesn't really apply to this week's circuit... or does it? The instructor I was listening to, said that taking 90% of the momentum out of any movement makes it much harder. I think I might try it with this circuit tonight... since I doubt I'll be doing my upper body stuff again tonight.
