I had no motivation during this 10 weeks too. I pretty much wasted another 10 weeks, which is sad. It's frightening how easy it is to just stick with bad habits even when they are making me miserable!

It's scary that even though we don't feel good, we still do the same old crap
But you know there is good news here..... we get a new chance with another 10 week challenge.
And if the saying is true that 'practice makes perfect', we should rock the next 10 weeks
