One of my goals for this 9 weeks is to walk more. With the July 4th walking challenge coming to an end I need something to keep me going.
Now, 10 weeks ago I was walking maybe 3 days a week about one mile at a time, not much for most of you.
That challenge "forced" me to do more. I did not start off so well but I got better. I chose to do the 100 miles (I knew the 150 was too much for me at that time) so I had miles to make up. Today I made the 100 miles, yay me

So, for our challenge here I am going to keep track with a ticker and do my best to make that 150 miles. So, that is a BIG improvement. I have one less week to make it 50 more miles. Cheer me on gals !!
