Wow...96% weigh ins... that is fantastic
I have to think really good about my goals for this week. I need to get back on track. Just not sure if I should do it step by step or jump right back in it full force. I'll let you all know my goals as soon as I figured it out. But one thing is clear, I am back and I will drop at least one pound by Saturday morning
