That sounds like a GREAT Start for your Summer vacation. NO BINGES, No Starches (except oatmeal). I know you do
excellent on your walking so that is pretty much under control. That is something I am working on. Just remember to sip your water while reading and knitting so that shouldn't be a problem either.
