Well here are my results without exercise

Maintenance: 2172 Calories/day
Fat Loss: 1738 Calories/day
Extreme Fat Loss: 1303 Calories/day
I usually burn 400 calories will riding bike. I have only been eating 1500. So maybe thati s hwy I am having a hard time.
