I would love to help/support if possible. It looks like you must have some words of wisdom too, wow 60 lbs. What was the method that you used when you lost 60 lbs? A friend from buddy slim gave me a great tool it is called
FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal, it's totally free. You input what you eat and it tracks your calories, fat, carbs ect. It's really helped me to realize how much I eat, and how many canlories I waste on juk that doesn't even fill me up. The other thing I am doing is I carry a huge jug of water, (well huge to me it's like 70 ounces) and I just drink it all day and keep refilling it. Hope to hear from you soon.
