GOOD MORNING FANATICS!!!! 
Here are some challenges for us to try this week---
ARMS: Push-ups (Regular or modified to your comfort) 25 reps, 4x a day
Shoulder presses: Hold weights at your shoulder height, slowly raise above your head and hold for 5 seconds. Slowly lower back to your shoulders. 30 reps, 4x a day.
BUTT & THIGHS: BALL SQUATS--Place a rubber ball, pillow etc. between your legs above your knees. Start at standing position, then slowly lower as if you are sitting, slightly squeezing the item between your legs. Hold for 5 seconds and then slowly raise to standing again. 20 reps, 4x a day.
Also, try to work in CRUNCHES, any type, 25 reps 4x a day.
