Hello Ladies. I'm new here too. Looking for a Buddy or Buddies to keep in touch with, hopefully daily for inspiration and support. Need to lose 50 pounds at least, but haven't been at all sucessful. I actually have considered the Lap Band, but am trying one last time w/ diet & exercise. I just figure its been so many years of being overweight & it diets never work for me... Something has to work though. I purchased the new tapes Turbo Jam & have been doing them somewhat sporatically, would like to work out at least 4x a week for an hour - - - maybe i need to work out more to reach my goals - - - right now I do not know. But for Diets - I just need to lower & count calories, and watch white flour, sugar & refined carbs. Good Luck to me & you.
