So, I'm thinking that's still WAY too much fat! I want to get it down to about 15% regularly, 20% max, but it's been consistently 1/4 of my diet all week. I need to do some more research and make sure my goal is realistic though. I mean, I know we need fat in our diet, but how MUCH do I need?
My thought on this...which TYPES of fat are you eating? Saturated or unsaturated? Although I'm not sure exactly how much fat we need, I think it's more important to focus on what type of fat you're getting. Unsaturated fat is good for you and you gotta get those Omega 6's and Omega 3's! Saturated fat stinks though and makes you and your arteries fat! And beware of those nasty trans fats!! Good luck
