I too tried the SB Diet. It is a great plan...but like Meryet said the first 2 weeks are very hard. When I was on in I lost 30 in 2 1/2 months but then got pregnant and gained it all back and then some. I was actually thinking about trying it again.
I think the key to my weight loss the first time around was my dedication to working out 5 times a week....and water...make sure you drink your water.
After writing this I deffinetly think I'm going to start it again.
