Wow! I think as a group, we're on a roll with identifying some of our problem areas and coming up with ways to fix them.

My journal today came out 1/4 fat, 1/4 protein, and 1/2 carbs (roughly). So, I'm thinking that's still WAY too much fat!

I want to get it down to about 15% regularly, 20% max, but it's been consistently 1/4 of my diet all week. I need to do some more research and make sure my goal is realistic though. I mean, I know we need fat in our diet, but how MUCH do I need?
