Re: Summer Survivor: Week 1
Well today went very well did the food journal, did an hour long cardio class that whooped me but in a good way.......and I have noticed lately that in my food journal is not containing near enough calories. I have nowhere near enough calories in there I have had no appetite lately with al ot of personal stuff I have let that get in my way and kill my need dto eat. however I do realize that it is essential to eat more to sustain my body through its changes so I am trying to work on that.
