Yes I worked out. I did a bunch of different exercises with breaks in between so I guess that sort of counts as intervals!

Ugh! I don't *always* have that problem, so I think it's related to what I eat before I work out, but there have been PLENTY of times that I just wanted carbs, carbs, and more carbs after a good workout. I'll have to do some research to check my memory, but I think I've read it's good to have some complex carbs about an hour before a workout, then protein and carbs 1-2 hours after. Don't quote me on that though... I'll get back to you after I check.
