Healthy breakfast today (weetabix, banana, 2 crackers). Lunch was provided at the course was healthy salads but ate a little too much and had a scone (jam, no butter!). Oh and the dessert was GREAT, lol. mini brownies and eclairs. mmmm.... i didn't over indulge but I know I shouldn't have indulged at all. Anyway, gonna cook a healthy dinner now!
Goals for the week:
1) exercise every day
2) stick to healthy foods
3) drink more water

Good to see you back on here. We can do this!!!
I think the little indulgences are okay, as long as we don't do them too often. Hope you got that walk in!!! Think of all the things you do different NOW than you used to. The healthy breakfast, the healthy dinner, the exercise. You are a changed woman. And chaning more every day. We can't be perfect, but we just need to keep trying to do well, trying to make better choices and not beating ourselves up when we make a bad one. We can't STOP living because we are on a diet. We can't never have an eclair again....can we? Should we?
