Default Re: Anyone Insulin Resistance and PCOS?..

I have had this for years and i'm 53. It's a real pain in the A@@, only one of my daughters has it also. She reallly had a hard time getting pg but we do have a 1yr old girl. It is very hard to loss weight, and i've always had trouble with my weight after my kids were born. I really don't eat much less than 1200 calories per day. And most of the time it's limited to fruit and veg, chicken i never drink sodas only water. And I still weigh 238 as of last week. I have started a excercise program at curves, but with my horriblemoes out of wack too many male looks like with the excercise i'm getting very large muscle. Which isn't all bad. It's tough and no two people are alike with PCOS, my daughters issues are completely different than mine. But it really helps to talk to people that have this.
