Wow! We've got some serious exercisers here! This is one of my major struggles right now. It's so obvious to me that I need to step up my workouts, but it just seems like there's either not enough time in the day, or I'm not really motivated. Hopefully being involved in this challenge with you guys will force me to kick it up a notch. I *used* to be very athletic before I gained weight, but as of right now, I'm not in such great shape.

A typical workout for me is like, an hour of step and a weight circuit or something. Kinda lame, I know. I need to be doing more: heavier weights, vary my routine, something. I'm *hoping* I get to join this really great new gym in my area soon, but it's a little expensive. So we'll see how that goes. Anyway, as we progress, I'd love to get input from everyone on various things they'd like to work on for the challenges.
