Hi Shaina, twice a week I got to a butt blasting kickboxing class and core conditioning class. I also run about 3 miles from time to time. When I strength train I do about 10 exercises 2 sets and 20 reps. I'm athletic and capable, but I struggle with pushing myself.
I'm really excited about this group!
