Met all my goals for the month of May! Yay! Did a 11 mile long run Saturday (ick) I was tired. Did not time myself. I did it just to see how much I could stand. That was it. Only stopped to drink water and have gu gels. Marathon training starts NOW! Only thing I'm worried about is the constant entertainment and another vacation in August. REALLY don't want to get off training track.
Pushups - haven't been so great lately. Need to push repetition sets to 35 and would like to work up to 200 two to three times per week. Yes, first lady arms would be SO nice, however, they HAVE gotten more toned just in the past month of doing them. WOO HOO!
Sabrina, are you going to be running a 5k in the future? If not, I challenge you to do it. I bet you'd have a good time.
