Ok let's do this!

My running goal:
Complete at least 12 workouts in the Couch to 5k program (the first 4 weeks). Walk on days off. Yesterday I did my first workout. I down and 11 to go! Today I've walked one mile so far.

Pushup:
120 pushups this month. 6 down, 114 to go!
